Boot Camp - Round 4

Push your body to the next level! A challenging cardio workout with strength, conditioning, toning, and muscle development through use of plyometrics, interval training, and weights.

The next SIX WEEK session starts Monday, August 30th.

·         Dates:  Monday, August 30th - Saturday, October 2nd

·         Location: Southeast YMCA Pavilion

·         Days/Times: 

    • Monday/Wednesday 7-8 PM and Saturday 10-11 AM   

    • Tuesday/Thursday 5-6 PM and Saturday 10-11 AM

Fees: 6 week session cost: $40 Members


 

Kenpo (Teen & Adult) Level 1

We're offering an introduction class to the American self-defense art of Kenpo. We teach you how to use your entire body in order to develop self-defense skills while increasing strength, flexibility, coordination, discipline and confidence.

Dates: Sept. 23 - Nov. 13

Days/Times: Thurs. at 6 - 7PM in the MP Room
Sat. at Noon - 1PM in Studio B

Fee: 8-week Session $40 Member Fee
