Push your body to the next level! A challenging cardio workout with strength, conditioning, toning, and muscle development through use of plyometrics, interval training, and weights. The next SIX WEEK session starts Monday, August 30th. · Dates: Monday, August 30th - Saturday, October 2nd · Location: Southeast YMCA Pavilion · Days/Times: - Monday/Wednesday 7-8 PM and Saturday 10-11 AM
