Hey Mom (or Dad)! Need some time to yourself? Lunch with "grown-ups" sound good? The Northeast Family YMCA makes those things possible. Register for the Parent's Day Out program. The YMCA will offer fun activities (and a hot lunch). We recommend early registration, as enrollment is limited. Look for new sessions starting in the Fall.
