Our facilities are both modern and rustic -- rustic in look and feel, but modern in functionality, safety and security.

Camp Piomingo is proud to be accredited by the American Camp Association (ACA). Developed exclusively for the camping industry, this nationally recognized program focuses on program quality, health and safety issues and requires an annual review of all facets of our operations.

Camp also maintains a well-equipped health center with an on-site nurse. All staff and campers must have current medical history (health form) on file in the health center.

Cabins are arranged in clusters (units) with eight to 16 campers per cabin. Responsibility, interdependence and sharing are part of cabin life. Each group shares a bathhouse, lodge and fire circle.

Camp Piomingo serves up nutritious, kid-friendly food with plenty of dining options at each meal and is served family style. All menus are approved by a certified dietitian.
