Diabetes Awareness Day: March 28
Join us on March 28 as we ask all Americans to take the Type 2 Diabetes Risk Test. In less than 60 seconds, you'll know if you're at risk for developing diabetes. Then learn more about this disease, how to prevent it and how to fight back to help transform lives.
Staff will be on hand from 9 am-2 pm at the following sites with informational materials about diabetes, pre diabates and local classes; conducting free random blood glucose screenings or paper risk assessments; and offering counseling to the public on their results.
