BACK TO BASICS
We combine floor aerobics and strength conditioning using various weights and bands. During this energetic workout, our instructors will provide you with 30 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength and end with a great cool down and stretch. Great class for beginner and intermediate fitness levels.
