CORE
In our Core group fitness class, we build up our core stability and strength for strong abdominal muscles and a healthy back. Our instructors will teach you how to use a variety of equipment to learn effective strengthening techniques to help you improve your posture and reduce lower back stress. Great class for all fitness levels.
