FOREVER YOUNG 
Here at the Y, we believe that making friends and socializing are all part of having a healthy well-being. We offer Forever Young, which is a social organization that hosts activities for active adults in our community.
FOREVER YOUNG GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
Water Fitness:We use the water as resistance to get our hearts pumping and to help develop muscular endurance & flexibility.
Back 2 Basics:Great for the beginner and/or mature adult. This is a low impact, moderate intensity basic "aerobic” class with isolation exercises. (30 minutes of cardio & 30 min light weights)
Forever Fit:We do a light workout, individuals with arthritis and active seniors. You can use the chair for all or part of your workout!
Stretch:In this class we stretch which promotes health, improves circulation and relieves stress. Great for any level of exerciser.
Line Dancing (Beginner):We teach the basic steps of line dance during this low impact class. Never dance before? The first 15 minutes is for you!
Line Dancing (Intermediate):Learn the latest moves in this moderate intensity, low impact dance class set to a variety of modern music.
