Learn the basics, improve your basketball skills and make new friends! Here at the Y we make sure that every child gets to play and that games are safe, fair and most of all fun.

Our Y Youth Basketball registration is going on now for kids 3-17. The season runs January - March.

PLAYER ITEMS

When you sign up for Y Youth Basketball, you not only learn how to play the sport, you also get a team jersey and an end of the season award!

This is an introduction to the sport of basketball and we focus on dribbling, passing and shooting. We use a smaller ball and a 6-foot goal. Our officials take an active role in coaching as well as teaching the rules of the game.

Teams practice directly before each game for 20-25 minutes. Games are held on Saturdays at Roby Elementary School.

There will be a $15 late fee added after December 5, 2011.
