JOINT EFFORT
Our Joint Effort water fitness class is great for people with arthritis. We'll help you improve your range of motion, along with strengthening and a light cardiovascular workout. Perfect class for beginning and intermediate fitness levels. Joint Effort is held at the Country Inn & Suites.

Lap swimming is available for Y members (facility & season pool pass) from 6-7, Monday-Thursday, at the Shepherdsville Public Pool.In case of inclement weather, please call 955.6433 at least 1 hour prior to the start of class. If lightning is spotted from the pool area, all members must evacuate the pool and pool area for 20-minutes for every occurrence.
