YMCA WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE
The YMCA Weight Loss Challenges wants to help you lose weight in a healthy way! You will track your nutritional intake, activity and success!
This is a 12-week program designed to assist participants in achieving their weight loss goals and maintaining their new healthy weight! There is more to weight loss than just losing pounds; it's also about healthy thinking, personal care, emotional well-being and genuine fellowship.

Weekly, hour-long sessions explore practical topics essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle including:
- Healthy eating, meal balance and meal pattern
- Increasing physical activity
- Tracking nutritional values such as fat intake and food portions
- Overcoming weight loss plateaus
- Staying motivated
- Small groups ensure personal attention and accountability, promote interaction and fellowship, and encourage behavior change.
Each participants will receive an educational binder, Calorie King Nutritional Trackers and a pedometer to get started, with other incentives along the way.
