KINDER CAMP DAY CAMP

AGES 3-5

Kinder Camp is an excellent place to Learn and Play. Your child will make new friends in an environment where we foster a sense of belonging. Weekly themed activities will include singing songs, playing games, swimming, water play, outside play time, field trips and special guest visits.

CAMP KICKOFF/PARENT ORIENTATION: MAY 23

May 23; 6-8 pm; Clark County Family YMCA

At our Family Orientation campers will receive their backpack, field trip t-shirt and lunch menu. We’ll provide parents with a drop-off and pick-up map, car rider tags and information on how to join our Remind Group. Campers will have a chance to experience a fun theme and either make a craft or play a game!

Registration Fees: $25 per child through April 30; $45 per child beginning May 1

Deposit: $10 per child per week

SUMMER CAMP WEEKLY THEMES

May 29-31: Get Stuck in a Web of Fun: Be a neighborhood superhero and learn to help those in your community through a fun craft. Practice your Spidy skills with fun games, and meet local community heroes.
June 3-7: Panther Prowl: Explore the panther world with fun crafts and games. Learn what makes them so special to the superhero world. Go on a Prowl through the YMCA to discover your panther powers.
June 10-14: Going Tiny: Explore the world from a new perspective with activities to see the world from the perspective of Ant Man. Learn about how superheroes come in all shapes and sizes!
June 17-21: Into Space: Explore the importance of friendship with space-themed adventures! Practice teamwork with group games and collective problem-solving.
June 24-28: Everyone can be a Superhero: Discover how everyone can be a hero! Practice being "super” with fun crafts and activities that help the community. We’ll even do our own small community service project.
July 1-5 (No camp July 4): Olympics: Show us your skills! Have a blast participating in our team games and see if you can take home the gold. 
July 8-12: American Adventure: Explore how the diversity of America makes it great through educational games and sharing traditions from across the country! You’ll have the chance to tell us about your own family traditions.
July 15-19: Heroes Assemble:  Discover how your friends help make you super! Practice teamwork with group games and collective problem-solving. We’ll also do a fun craft this week to help find your own inner super hero. 
July 22-26: Outer Space Heroes: Take to the stars by learning about the solar system. Discover more about space and the planet Earth using experiments and crafts. We’ll even make our own solar system as a camp!
July 29-Aug 2: Science is Super: Discover your own scientific genius! Explore how science is super for everyone not just the fantastic four! Learn about the world around you through experiments and educational games.

YMCA CAMP PIOMINGO OVERNIGHT CAMP

YMCA Camp Piomingo has been providing community, friendship and fun for over 75 years! You'll build relationships and self-confidence while forming other skills too, from horseback riding, rock climbing and swimming to art and drama. We have so many things for you to explore.
