If you are new to exercise or tried of the same routine, one of our personal trainers can help you! We offer individual or group personal training that includes a free fitness test and consultation. A personal trainer will create you a personalized fitness program, teach you new exercises, give you motivation and keep you accountable.

Download the Personal Training Packet (PDF) or request one from the Front Desk. After completing, return it to the Front Desk along with your payment. All personal training sessions are non-refundable.
FREE FITNESS TEST AND CONSULTATION INCLUDED
All personal training packages include a fitness test and consultation for all individuals in the session. The fitness test provides a sound evaluation of your current fitness level and how your workout program should be focused. The trainer will guide you through a series of tests to determine your body composition, flexibility, cardio-respiratory fitness, muscle strength and endurance.
INDIVIDUAL PERSONAL TRAINING RATES
Individual personal training is all about you. Workouts will be personalized to meet your fitness goals. Personal trainers will motivate you to focus on exercise technique, consistent nutrition and healthy living.
1 Session: $45
4 Sessions: $160 ($40 per session)
8 Sessions: $300 ($37.50 per session)
SMALL GROUP TRAINING RATES*
Small group training is a fun and affordable way to achieve your goals with maximum motivation and encouragement. Groups are arranged for 3-5 people and consist of a total of 12 sessions, meeting either once or twice per week. Get a group of friends together to sign up or contact the Y to be matched with an existing group.
Facility Members: $120 per person for 12 sessions
Program Members: $144 per person for 12 sessions
*If a member or members of the group does not make a session, they forfeit that session and cannot make it up individually.
