WORKSITE WELLNESS PROGRAM


As the nation's leading non-profit, we're committed to improving the overall health of our community. Our on-site worksite wellness services help to further our goal by providing employees with a full range of health and wellness programs, giving employers a happier, healthier workforce.

Our community-wide membership gives your employees access to 10 Y's throughout Greater Louisville, as well as the Y's in Harrison, Floyd and Clark counties in Southern Indiana.

BECOME A WORKSITE WELLNESS PARTNER

Demonstrate the commitment your organization has to employee health and well-being by becoming a YMCA Worksite Wellness Partner. Choose from our 2 partner options and check out our additional worksite wellness services below.

PARTNER OPTION 1

Employer does not contribute to employee's monthly fee.

  • Employer pays a one-time partnership fee
  • Employees receive 50% off their join fee and no prorated fee
  • 1 free month for current Y members
  • Health event participation by the Y
  • Requested YMCA facility usage reports provided
  • Employer receives 1 free on-site Wellness Workshop
  • Option to choose additional Worksite Wellness services from the Y

  • Employer receives 1 free on-site Wellness Workshop
  • Option to choose additional Worksite Wellness services from the Y

ADDITIONAL WORKSITE WELLNESS SERVICES

(Additional fees may apply)

  • On-site Wellness Workshops covering topics such as nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and per request topics
  • Employee Health Risk Assessment
  • Employee Fitness Assessment which includes Body Mass Index, Body Fat Analysis, Blood Pressure, and Step Test
  • On-site Group Fitness Classes
  • Healthy Environment Assessment
  • Additional Worksite Wellness Coordination Efforts specialized for each employer
Monthly membership fees can be paid by the employee, the organization, or a combination of both. Payroll deduction is available.
