TAE KWON DO
We are happy to offer our Family-Focused Tae Kwon Do as a free benefit to our members. Members ages 5 and up are invited to participate in this program. Come try out the class. Adults are welcome too!!!- Warm-ups, stretches, and basic exercises.
- Learning the mechanics of Tae Kwon Do, techniques, and forms.
- Learn basic self-defense techniques.
- Develop listening skills, leadership skills, and improve self-confidence.
- Enriching your lifestyle with new skills and to meet other families who may become your martial arts family.

One-Step Sparring
One-step sparring gives you the chance to learn body control, distance, target areas of the body, balance and self defense combinations. One-steps are practiced with a partner and control is very important. One-steps must be performed with out any contact for beginning students. As participants gain more control of their technique, they'll be able to execute the full power techniques to target areas without the chance of injuring their partner.One-Steps White Belt
