WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM
Our participants begin with the Getting Started classes, which is the introduction to our Weight Loss Program. This 4 week long prep course meets once a week for 30 minutes to an hour and helps prepare you for our weekly Weight Loss Program classes.
After you have completed our Getting Started classes, you can begin with our Weight Loss Program classes. These classes consist of small group to ensure that you receive personal attention and promote interaction between group members. Our trained Y Facilitators will coach you and help you develop healthy, realistic goals.
At the Y, we know that the journey to a healthier lifestyle is a personal one and we designed our program with that in mind. The support you receive from your group will help you stay focused on your goals and overcome obstacles on your way to a healthier you!
