YOUTH CONDITIONING CLUB
The Youth Conditioning Club is designed to challenge our youth in an competitive environment to improve their swim strokes and prepare them for swim team in the future. The program participates will work on the four competitive strokes (Butterfly, Backstroke, Breast Stroke, and Freestyle) with the coaches provided.
All swimmers should already be able to swim: 50 yards Freestyle, 50 yards Backstroke, 50 yards Breast Stroke, and know the basics of how to swim Butterfly. The three areas that will be focused on are: Stroke Technique, Swimmer Endurance, and Speed. The club will meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday throughout the month from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Swimmers should be prepared to swim prior to meeting the coaches on the pool deck.
