Join the Downtown branch this Memorial Day where thousands of CrossFit boxes across the country will accept the grind to complete the Annual Murph Challenge to honor the late Navy Seal & Lieutenant Michael P Murphy. Are you up for this challenge? You will be doing a 1 mile run, 100 Pull-ups, 200 Pushups, 300 Squats, and another 1 mile run, while in a 20 lb. vest or body armor.
