CrossFit combines weightlifting, basic gymnastics and high-intensity training into short, constantly varied workouts that transform you. If you need help on technique, motivation, skill development or programming, this is for you!

CrossFit Personal Training will take place in the CrossFit studio and you will be trained by a certified CrossFit coach. Packages can be purchased in packages of 3 sessions. *Prices listed per person.
