WOMEN'S CENTER
When you're a Y member you can enjoy the privacy of our women's only workout center. Our center is equipped with treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, free weights and weight machines. We also offer a nice area for stretching and abdominal work.
PARKING GARAGE
The Downtown Family YMCA has a parking garage located adjacent to the building. Beginning September 17, 2018, the parking garage will feature a fully automated parking system. Please review the Parking Garage Automation FAQs to familiarize yourself with the system.
