MUSCLE DEFINITION
We utilize weights, exertubes, body bars, Gymnic balls, BOSU balls, and even our own body weight. Our instructors teach you how to improve our muscular strength and endurance during this 45-minute class. A great class for beginning, intermediate and advanced fitness levels.
