Our certified personal trainers use their knowledge of current research concepts, methods of sound exercise principles, and state-of-the-art equipment to guide you to your fitness goals. 3-4-5 SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small group training at the Downtown Y is a fun, affordable way to add variety and intensify your exercise routine. Groups can be 3, 4 or 5 people and are taught by a certified personal trainer. You can train with your friends or family or jump in with a group and make new friends!
Training groups meet twice a week for a 4-week period and each session is 60 minutes. Meeting times are determined by participants and the trainer.
Facility Members: $160 per person per 4-week session (8 classes)
Program Members: $240 per person per 4-week session (8 classes)
