PRENATAL WATER FITNESS
Prenatal Yoga, Pilates, Cardio, Tai Chi, meditation, relaxation and breathing techniques will be performed during the 30-minute class which includes a 5-minute warm-up and 5-minute cool-down. These exercises will bring relief from swelling, stress, and provide comfort to the mother- to-be. The intention is to promote serenity, peace, and wellness during the class while providing a healthy dose of exercise that is safe for the mother- to-be.
Note: Expectant mother must bring a partner to assist during class.
