YOUTH FITNESS PROGRAM
A fitness program designed to help kids begin a safe, structured workout consisting of cardiovascular and strength training. This is a 2 phase program (phases outlined below). There is no cost to participate in either the Phase 1 or Phase 2 program. Youth must have their workout card with them at all times when performing their Phase 1 or Phase 2 routines.
