Get that outdoor walking experience without the elements of the outdoors. Walk or run 18 times around the track and it equals a mile and, as a bonus, you get the sunshine streaming through the open windows as well as the action in the gym.
The track is open to anyone age 7 and up. Younger children must be accompanied by an adult.
INDOOR TRACK NOTES
- Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday: Walk/run clockwise
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday: Walk/run counter clockwise
- Runners: Inside lane
- Walkers: Outside lane
