BODYPUMP: The original barbell class that challenges every major muscle group in your body. Low on complexity and high on fun, this workout is ideal for beginners to advanced exercises seeking a motivational way to lift weights and change their body.

Core: A class that focuses on the muscles responsible for strong abdominals and a healthy back.

CXWORX: From the creators of Body Pump, this 30-minute core workout promises to help get the midsection in shape.

Muscle Def: A challenging and effective all over body workout utilizing a variety of equipment including weights, body bars, tubes, balls and more to increase personal strength.

Strength Train Together
This class will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight, this workout combines squats, lunges, presses and curls , with functional integrated exercises. See Strength Train Together in action.
