WATER EXERCISE

Improve flexibility, range motion, muscle conditioning, cardiovascular endurance and muscle tone by using the buoyancy and resistance of water. This is a great way to work out with no impact or harmful effects on joints/muscles and stay cool. Ideal for all fitness levels, non-swimmers included.
