RESERVATION POLICY
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. We recommend planning early to secure a date for your event. You may register online or by calling 502.425.1271.
Upon making a full payment and receiving a receipt, you will be contacted within two working days to confirm the event date and details. Your payment is non-refundable if the event is canceled less than 2 weeks prior to event date. If for any reason (mechanical failure, weather-related closures), we cannot accommodate your event, your payment will be returned in full.
