BIRTHDAY PARTIES

CELEBRATE AND DISCOVER

Here at the Y, we've got several ways to help celebrate birthdays! Our parties can be scheduled for up to 10 children, including the birthday child. If you would like to celebrate with more than 10 children there will be a $5 fee per child (15 children is the maximum number).

All of our packages include room set up, a T-shirt for the birthday child and lots of fun-filled activities. Check out he 6 different party packages that you can choose from below.

TIMES

Saturdays - 1:00 p.m.-2:30 p.m. or 3:30 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
Sundays - 1:00 p.m.-2:30 p.m. or 3:30 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
Our facility will remain open to members during the party times.

PARTY PACKAGES

Party Package #1 Amazing Adventure

Y Facility Members $90 Program Members $110

We'll lead the children through a variety of fun-filled activities that are sure to be a hit. Check out your options below. Each party option in this package includes a visit to our Adventure Center which has a play maze and more!
Option A: Party Art
Recommended for ages 6-12 years. Have a blast creating your own masterpiece with friends. We will guide children in a simple take-home craft project.
Option B: Out of the Attic
Recommended for ages 3-5 years. Celebrate being a year older We'll celebrate your little one's birthday by playing pretend! Our imaginative staff will lead the children in playing dress up.
Option C: Pirate Party
Recommended for ages 3-5 years. Gather your friends together for some make-believe. We will lead children in several swashbuckling activities including a rousing game of Musical Islands.

Party Package #2 Splash & Slide

Y Facility Members $90 Program Members $110

Recommended for ages 6-12 years. Our trained staff oversee swimming and play on our water slide in our heated pool. We'll also lead games such as relays and contests. And adult is required to be in the water if any children are under 52" tall. Staff will not be swimming with the children.

Party Package #3 Climb, Climb, Climb!

Y Facility Members $90 Program Members $110

Recommended for ages 6-12 years. Have a fun and challenging birthday climb on our indoor rock climbing wall. Children may also play in our Adventure Center while waiting their turn to climb.

Party Package #4 Create Your Own Party

Y Facility Members $90 Program Members $110

Recommended for ages 6-12 years. We get to create your own party before you get to the Y! We'll provided the party room and hostess to assist you in your activities. You'll need to bring all party supplies and you may arrive 30 minutes before your party begins to set up.

Party Package #5 Calypso Cove Party

Y Facility Members $140 Program Members $165

Recommended for ages 6-12 years. We offer this option during the summer months when our family water park if open for the season. We'll have the typical birthday party activities in our party room and then head on over to Calypso Cove to play on the slides, splash pad and wading pool. The maximum number of guests allowed with this party is 15 (parents & children).

PARTY PACKAGE #6 Pool Party

Y Facility Member only $60

Have your party at home and bring your guests to the Y for and hour and a half of swimming and playing on our water slide. Kids will love to splash around with their friends. This option is for members only, can accommodate up to 10 children. An adult is required to be in the water if any children are under 52" tall. We are sorry but refreshments and a gift exchange cannot be done at the Y due to space limitations.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

We'll provide the cake, lemonade, balloons, party favor bags and all of the paper products. Available for packages 1-5 at the following rates: 1-10 children, $35 extra; 11-15 children, $50 extra. We're sorry but this service is not available for Package #6.

RESERVATIONS

We recommend reservations are made in advance to secure your party. Download our brochure/registration form below or pick up a registration form at our member services desk and return it along with full payment. You will be contact within 48 hours to confirm the party date and details. Once your party is confirmed, your payment is non-refundable if the party is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to your party date. Also, if for any reason we cannot accommodate your needs, we will return your payment.
