KILLER CORE N' CARDIO
The first 20-minutes are devoted to strengthening and toning your core. The remainder of the class, we'll get your heart rate pumping and your muscles toned with a combination of cardio and muscle conditioning exercises. A great class for intermediate exercisers who are looking for more challenge.
