GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING 
In small groups of 4, you'll enjoy focused, individualized coaching towards reaching your goals. As a group, you will track your progress. Our beginner group is for people who are new to exercise and looking to create good workout habits while building a healthier lifestyle.
Program runs from October 8-30. Twice a week for a total of 8 group personal training sessions.
