INDOOR TRIATHLON & TRAINING PROGRAM
Our Indoor Triathlon will consist of swimming for10 minutes, biking for 30 minutes and running for 20 minutes. (10 minutes allowed for first transition, 5 minutes for second transition)
Facilitated by Train Smart LLC Coaches: Nancy McElwain, USAT Level 2 Coach and Kris Frazier, USAT Level 1 Coach. Our training program includes 4 group presentations as well as work outs with coach instruction and an Indoor Triathlon t-shirt. Training dates are as follows:

Week 1 - Swimming, Feb. 9 at 7:30 pm

Week 2 - Biking, Feb. 16 at 7 pm

Week 3 - Running, Feb. 23 at 6:30 pm

Week 4 - Swim, Mar. 1 at 7:30 pm

Week 5 - Transition, Mar. 8 at 6:30 pm
A training schedule/workout plan provided by your coach. Once you have registered, you will be contacted to choose your time slot for the event on either March 10, 2012 or March 11, 2012.
