GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Our groups meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays for a total of 8 sessions. Our 2 personal training groups are our Beginner Group and our Intermediate Group. Each group has between 4 participants so you get the individualized attention you're looking for.
Our Beginner Group is for people who are new to exercise and want to learn how to create a great, personalized workout while learning how to live in a healthier way.
