PILATES REFORMER
Our pilates reformer exercises help improve core strength and balance the muscles around your joints, improving the way you look and feel.
We focus on 5 basic principles of breathing, pelvic placement, rib cage placement, scapular movement, and head and cervical spine placement.
Our main piece of equipment used is the reformer which allows for hundreds of exercises for a wide variety of clients. Our Pilates Reformer class can help you increase flexibility, mobility, balance and body awareness as well as a decrease in back pain or other general pains.
Levels
Reformer: New participants until you are ready to move up to Intermediate.
Intermediate: Approved by instructor to move into Intermediate.
