H2O BOOT CAMPLooking for an intense, 30-minute workout? Join us for H2O Boot Camp! Use cross training in the pool for an efficient and effective way to raise your heart rate.
Exercises include pool running, sit ups, push ups, treading, jumps, resistance work, dumbbells, medicine ball toss and more! Each class gets progressively more challenging.
You must be at least 16 years old to participate and there is a max of 10 people per session.
