YOUTH FITNESS FUNDAMENTALS
Our Youth Fitness Fundamentals is for kids and teens between the ages of 10-13. Participants learn how to use the cardiovascular equipment and VR-3 Cybex strength line in our Wellness Center. Plus our program includes: nutrition tips, strength training, advice for healthy exercising, flexibility, regular use of our Wellness Center when accompanied by a parent and the confidence of knowing how to exercise properly. Every participant receives personalized professional instruction.
