YOUTH ATHLETIC CONDITIONING
Athletes come prepared to work and train hard to improve your overall athletic performance.. This is a 6-week program meeting twice per week. Athletes will work on speed, agility, core strength and flexibility. Pre and post tests will be done to measure outcomes.
