MINDFULNESS MEDITATION CLASSES
Stress is prevalent in our daily lives. How one defines their stress and the ability to manage it is different for each of us. When one doesn’t know how to cope well with stress, the health consequences can be overwhelming. From difficulty concentrating, moodiness and depression to the body’s decreased immune function and even an increased risk of chronic disease. Mindfulness meditation fights against the stress cycle and is proven to improve focus and concentration, regulate emotions, lower stressed induced inflammation and improve sleep.
