SPRING RUNNING GROUP
Whether your goal is to run your first half marathon or a new PR, the Spring Running Program will help you get there!
You'll receive a training plan, expert running advice, and the support of fellow runners as we train for this exciting race series. All running and walking paces are welcome, but a base of three miles is recommended. The team meets at a designated location for a group run every Saturday from mid January through the last race in April.

Rates: Facility Members: $45 (includes dri-fit club shirt); $35 (no shirt)
Program Members: $60 (includes dri-fit club shirt)
Informational open house on January 19, 2019; 8:30 pm
