Membership Agreement
- The YMCA reserves the right to revoke any Y membership for any reason deemed valid by the YMCA. I hereby agree to return to the YMCA all Y membership cards should I terminate my membership or should my membership be revoked.
- Any member who is not satisfied within 30 days of their joining date can request and will receive a full refund on their membership.
- Controlling Vendor Services by Y Members – The YMCA of Greater Louisville prohibits persons who are not employees or independent contractors with the YMCA of Greater Louisville from performing services or providing a product for a fee in a YMCA facility, on the YMCA premises or at a YMCA function. Persons violating this policy will be subject to suspension or termination of YMCA Membership.
Draft Authorization
I authorize my credit card institution to honor preauthorized credit card charges against my account for membership payments. When the bank honors the credit card by charging my account, such transfer shall constitute notice of payment due and my receipt for the payment. Should any preauthorized credit card not be honored by said bank when received by them, then it is understood that the payment is to be made by me in the amount of said payment plus a $10 service charge. It is further understood that if such payment is not honored by the credit card institution, then the YMCA, at its discretion, may resubmit the amount due for payment on a future date. I understand I must give a 15-day written notice prior to draft date to stop my draft.
