Our YMCA Kick Start program focuses on weight loss and fitness. Best for those who understand the behaviors associated with successful weight loss and are looking for accountability. Each session explores practical topics essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
MEETING YOUR GOALS
Our YMCA Kick Start program focuses on weight loss and fitness. Best for those who understand the behaviors associated with successful weight loss and are looking for accountability. This 8 week program will help you feel energized. Meetings are 1 1/2 hours in length. Each session features 30 min. of class room work. Class room time will focus on the simple food basics and journaling. The fitness portion is 60 min. of activity in our wellness center. Your coach will help motivate you through various workouts, while teaching you proper techniques for all fitness equipment. Each session will guide you through a challenging workout designed to meet you at the fitness level that is safe for you. Trained Y facilitators will help you develop and achieve safe realistic goals.
