Our YMCA Kick Start program focuses on weight loss and fitness. Best for those who understand the behaviors associated with successful weight loss and are looking for accountability. Each session explores practical topics essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
MEETING YOUR GOALS
Our YMCA Kick Start Program focuses on weight loss and fitness. Best for those who understand the behaviors associated with successful weight loss and are looking for accountability. This 6-week program will help you feel more energized Meetings are 1.5 hours in length. Each session features 30 minutes of classroom work. Classroom time will focus on simple food basics and journaling. The fitness portion is 60 minutes of activity, including cycle, body toning and interval training. Each session will guide you through a challenging workout designed to meet you at the fitness level that is safe for you. You will also learn how to develop and achieve realistic goals.
