SPRING RUN TEAM
Whether your goal is to run your first half marathon or a new PR, the Spring Running Program will help you get there!
You'll receive a training plan, expert running advice, and the support of fellow runners as we train for this exciting race series. All running and walking paces are welcome, but a base of three miles is recommended. The team meets at a designated location for a group run every Saturday from mid January through the last race in April.
What: Southwest Family YMCA Spring Running Group
When: Saturdays, January 19-April 27
Meet & Greet with running coach: Saturday, January 12 at 10 am at Southwest Family YMCA
Where: Rotating locations, schedules to be determined
