FOREVER YOUNGHere at the Y, we believe that making friends and socializing are all part of having a healthy well-being. We offer Forever Young, which is a social organization that hosts activities for active adults in our community.
FOREVER YOUNG GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
Aqua Fitness: We use the water as resistance to get our hearts pumping and to help develop muscular endurance & flexibility.
Back 2 Basics: Great for the beginner and/or mature adult. This is a low impact, moderate intensity basic "aerobic” class with isolation exercises. (30 minutes of cardio & 30 min light weights)
Forever Fit: We do a light workout, individuals with arthritis and active seniors. You can use the chair for all or part of your workout!
Stretch: In this class we stretch which promotes health, improves circulation and relieves stress. Great for any level of exerciser.
