YOUTH FITNESS FUNDAMENTALS
This program provides youth ages 10-16 special training to learn how to safely use the equipment in the Wellness Center. An individualized exercise program will be designed for the child’s fitness goals (weight loss, sports conditioning, proper weight lifting techniques, etc.). Your child will take home an educational packet to be completed and returned to the Healthy Living Coach. Two personal training sessions with the Coach will then be scheduled in order to receive a certificate.
The Y brings families closer together and this is great opportunity for our younger children to utilize the Wellness Center with their parents!
There is a one-time fee of $20 and the Youth Fitness Fundamentals Certification will allow your child access to all YMCA Wellness Centers with a Community-Wide Membership!
