30 DAY CHALLENGE
At the Y, we like to have fun while we exercise, so our simple 30 Day Challenges will help build positive behavior change to help you along the way! Sometimes, following a simple daily program will help increase your confidence and motivate you to keep going!
Choose from three different exercise challenges:
- Thighs and Glutes
You will receive an exercise sheet with all the exercises listed for each day (even rest days are included). You will follow the daily scheduled routines in the privacy of your home or in our Wellness Center.
Each challenge lasts 30 days and once completed, you will schedule an appointment with our Healthy Living Coach and do the exercises listed on Day 30. A secret prize awaits you upon completion! This 30 day program is progressive and all fitness levels will enjoy the challenge!
Whether you are a YMCA Member, Program Member or Guest, each challenge is only $10 for everyone!
