HIIT FULL GALLOP
If your goal is to gain optimal physical fitness - then HIIT Full Gallop is for You! HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a core strength and conditioning program through constantly varied functional movement that that embraces strength, agility, mobility, speed, cardiovascular endurance and balance.
All HIIT Full Gallop members must participate in the HIIT Foundations course (3 45-minute intro classes) before moving into a HIITt Full Gallop class.
HIIT FULL GALLOP CLASS SCHEDULE
HIIT classes are offered a variety of days and times during the week, in many varied formats.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 6 am-6:45 am; 12:05 pm-12:50 pm; 6 pm-6:45 pm
Saturdays: 9 am-9:45 am
HIIT FULL GALLOP RATES - YMCA FACILITY MEMBERS
At this time, HIIT Full Gallop is only available to YMCA facility members. Fees listed below are in addition to your monthly membership dues.
1-Time Drop In: $10
5-Punch Card: $50 (valid for 60 days from purchase)
10-Punch Card: $90 (valid for 60 days from purchase)
Monthly Unlimited: $60 per month (autodraft)

Stop by the Front Desk or contact Norm Johnson at njohnson@ymcalouisville.org to schedule HIIT Foundations classes that fit your calendar. Cost is $15 for 3, 45-minute introductory sessions.
WHAT IS HIIT (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)?
HIIT is small group coached training that delivers functional programming to optimize your physical competence through a number of training movements and techniques. HIIT is a welcoming fitness community – open to all - where we celebrate small victories daily.
