HIIT FULL GALLOP
If your goal is to gain optimal physical fitness - then HIIT Full Gallop is for You! HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a core strength and conditioning program through constantly varied functional movement that that embraces strength, agility, mobility, speed, cardiovascular endurance and balance.
All HIIT Full Gallop members must participate in the HIIT Foundations course (3 45-minute intro classes) before moving into a HIITt Full Gallop class.
HIIT FULL GALLOP CLASS SCHEDULE
HIIT classes are offered 20 different times during the week, in many varied formats.
Mondays: 6 am-6:45 am; 12:05 pm-12:50 pm; 5:15 pm-5:45 pm; 6 pm-6:45 pm
Tuesdays: 6 am-6:45 am; 12:15 pm-12:45 pm; 5:15 pm-5:45 pm; 6 pm-6:45 pm
Wednesdays: 6 am-6:45 am; 12:05 pm-12:50 pm; 5:15 pm-5:45 pm; 6 pm-6:45 pm
Thursdays:6 am-6:45 am; 12:15 pm-12:45 pm; 5:15 pm-5:45 pm; 6 pm-6:45 pm
Fridays: 6 am-6:45 am; 12:05 pm-12:50 pm; 5:15 pm-5:45 pm
Saturdays: 8:15 am-8:45 am; 9 am-9:45 am

WHAT IS HIIT (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)?
HIIT is small group coached training that delivers functional programming to optimize your physical competence through a number of training movements and techniques. HIIT is a welcoming fitness community – open to all - where we celebrate small victories daily.
