Sensory Friendly Swim

Please join us for an inclusive swim party for families with special needs at the Southeast Family YMCA. This will be a fun time for our families to socialize and use the pool facilities.

The sound system will be turned off to minimize noise and provide a sensory-friendly environment. There will be sensory friendly toys in the pool for swimmers to engage with. Parent/ Guardian supervision required.

YMCA policy: An adult (18 or older) in swim attire must remain in the pool within arms reach of the child. Ratio of 1 adult per 3 children under the age of 5; 1 adult per 5 children ages 5-7.
