If you can't make it to the Y, you can enjoy Les Mills workouts at home for as long as the disruption from Coronavirus continues. This platform offers over 100 free workouts across 10 categories. There is something for everyone from high intensity interval training designed to improve strength and fitness fast, dance fitness workouts, the martial arts inspired BODYCOMBAT Invincible program through to mindfulness practices to slow the stream of thoughts that can cause our stress. The BORN TO MOVE children's workouts will get everyone from 4 to 16 years moving, and our post-partum series will help new mothers get back to exercise safely.


LIFE FITNESS

Life Fitness is making Workouts of the Day, delivered through Digital Coach , free, to all exercisers for a limited time. We’re offering a new video workout of the day that provides you with a daily challenge, physical activity to look forward to, and helps you stay in shape until you can get back to the gym.
