WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMWeight loss is a personal journey. Participating in the Oldham County Family YMCA weight loss program is a great way to learn how to eat healthier, move more and lose weight! There are no gimmicks or restrictive approaches- just the tools you need to make the necessary changes in your lifestyle to achieve your wellness goals.
This is what you will expect:
- 6 week program to include accountability, motivation, inclusion, inspiration and team effort.
- 1 personal and 1 group nutrition session within the 6 weeks to help you with weight loss.
- 2 Lose- It Boot Camp classes each week designed especially for weight loss
- Weekly weigh- ins
