MEN'S YOGA GROUP TRAINING
Yoga helps keep your body fit, flexible and strong. The poses are powerful and specifically designed to open and strengthen your body efficiently as you alleviate pain and injury. This 4-week course will teach you controlled movement and improve your alignment.

Rates: Facility Members: $20
Class limited to 12 participants. Must be at least 15 years of age to participate.
