All CrossFit Full Gallop members must participate in the CrossFit Foundations course (three 45-minute intro classes) before moving into a CrossFit Full Gallop class.
CrossFit Foundations Classes are available by appointment. Stop by the front desk or contact the branch to schedule classes that fit your calendar. Cost is $15 for the three sessions.

CrossFit is small-group coached training that delivers functional programming to optimize your physical competence through a number of training movements and techniques. CrossFit is a welcoming fitness community, open to all. We celebrate small victories daily.

Friday: 6 am - 7 am; 12:05 pm - 1:05 pm
Saturday: 9 am - 10am

10-Punch Card: $90 (valid for 60 days from purchase)
